YUQI Homes AI is a home-finding app with a real video tour for every home, developed and operated by Yun Ai, Inc. We send every text ourselves, from our own number, using fixed company templates. Each text starts with “YUQI Homes AI:” and tells the recipient how to opt out. Agents who use the app cannot write texts or send them through our number.

Rules that apply to every opt-in

Each program has its own checkbox. Every box starts unchecked, and the person checks it themselves. Checking one box never checks another.
Checking a box is optional. It is never required to sign in at an open house, book a tour, register as an agent, buy anything or use any service.
The full disclosure sentence (quoted below for each screen) is printed next to the box. Directly under every box the app shows links to our Terms, Privacy Policy and this SMS page.
We only text valid 10-digit US mobile numbers. Nothing is sent to any other number.
Every opt-in is followed right away by a confirmation text to the number entered. Tour Texts, Listing Alerts and Agent Account Texts start only after the person replies YES to that confirmation text (double opt-in). Open House Follow-up visitors get an opt-in confirmation right after they sign in, which counts toward the 2-text limit (1).
With every opt-in we store the exact sentence shown, its version, the screen, the app language, the phone number and a server timestamp.
Marketing texts and other non-urgent texts are not sent between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Pacific time, and non-urgent Tour Texts, Listing Alerts and Agent Account Texts are limited to 2 per day per account (Open House Follow-up: up to 2 per visit). Marketing texts are also sent only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the recipient’s local time, based on the area code. Opt-in confirmation texts and our replies to STOP, HELP and YES are sent right away.

A real estate agent hosting an open house opens it in the YUQI Homes AI app, switches to the full-screen sign-in screen and hands the phone or tablet to the visitor. The visitor types their own name and mobile number. The screen shows an unchecked box with this text:

Signing in works the same with or without the box checked.
The box appears only on this visitor-facing screen. The agent’s own screens for adding or editing a visitor show a read-only status (agreed / not agreed / opted out) and cannot turn consent on. If the phone number is changed later, consent is cleared.
Texts are sent in the language the sign-in screen was shown in (English, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese).
Right after the visitor taps Sign in with the box checked, we send one confirmation text (below), which counts toward the 2-text limit. Every text identifies YUQI Homes AI and says how to opt out.
If our follow-up text can’t be sent for a technical reason (for example, before texting is switched on), the host agent is reminded to follow up personally instead. Visitors who did not check the box, or who opted out, are never sent our text.

2. Tour booking sheet → Tour Texts

The tour is booked the same way whether or not the box is checked. After the box is checked, we send the confirmation text; tour texts start after the user replies YES.

3. Notification settings → Tour Texts and Listing Alerts (two separate boxes)

A signed-in user opens Notifications → Alert settings, enters a US mobile number and sees two separate unchecked boxes. Checking one does not check the other. Checked boxes are submitted with the “Save text settings” button; unchecking a saved box stops that program at once.

After a box is checked we send the confirmation text; the program starts after the user replies YES. While a box is checked the number is locked; to change it the user unchecks the box first, and a new number has to be confirmed again.

4. Agent registration, agent profile and notification settings → Agent Account Texts

Registration works without checking the box. The same box is available later in the Agent Profile and in Notifications → Alert settings, where a checked box is submitted with the “Save text settings” button. Agent texts go only to approved agent accounts, and start after the agent replies YES to the confirmation text.

Confirmation text (double opt-in)

For Tour Texts, Listing Alerts and Agent Account Texts, checking a box (including adding a program to a number that is already confirmed) triggers one confirmation text to the number entered. This confirmation text is sent right after the form is submitted. Nothing else is sent to that number for the program until the person replies YES. A YES reply confirms only the request named in the most recent confirmation text sent to that number. If there is no reply we send the confirmation at most once more, then stop.

[programs] is, depending on the boxes checked: “tour texts”, “listing alerts (up to 2/day)”, “tour texts and listing alerts” or “agent account texts”. Users whose app language is Chinese receive the same text in Chinese. Replying YES never turns a program back on after the person has replied STOP.

After the YES reply, the person receives this opt-in reply:

Open House Follow-up needs no YES reply: the visitor gets the one-time opt-in confirmation shown in section 1 right after signing in.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. The person receives one confirmation and no further texts from any YUQI Homes AI program at that number. We also treat UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT and Chinese requests such as “退订” as opt-outs, along with other clear requests to stop in English or Chinese (for example “remove me”, “don’t text me” or “不要再给我发短信”).
A person can also ask the agent working with them, or our support team, by phone or in person, to stop texts. The agent or our team records the opt-out in the app and it takes effect the same way as STOP.
Reply HELP for help. The reply names YUQI Homes AI and gives our support contacts: yunai@yunaione.com and (626) 695-3076.
Users can also uncheck a box in the app at any time. Deleting an account stops all texts to it.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply to STOP:

YUQI Homes AI: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further texts from us at this number. To opt back in later, reply START and check the box again in the YUQI Homes AI app.

Records and privacy

Every opt-in, opt-out and number change is written to an append-only consent log on our server: phone number, program, the exact wording shown and its version, the screen, the app language and a server timestamp, plus the open house and host agent for open-house sign-ins. The log is kept after opt-out or account deletion as proof of consent. Opt-outs from STOP replies, from carrier opt-out reports and those recorded at a person’s request turn off every program for that number. Delivery logs and the replies people send us are kept for about 90 days.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. To make sure nobody who opted out is texted, the agent handling a person’s open house visit or tour request is shown only a status (agreed / not agreed / opted out) so they know whether our text will reach that person; this is not that person’s consent record, is never used for marketing and cannot be used to text that person through our number. A person’s consent covers texts from YUQI Homes AI only: it does not let the host agent or any other business text them through our number or on our behalf.
